- 02Smart Onboarding Access Agent (Rovo · POC) — Designed a proof-of-concept Rovo Agent that identifies all system access a new joiner needs based on their role, then automatically raises the access request tickets in one action. Turns a slow, manual, one-by-one process into a single trigger so new team members are productive from day one.
